Would you like to apply for a job at Innerspace? Take a look below where we answer some of your questions.

Are you interested in a specific position? If so, then please send us your application via our online application portal, which we use for the application process. To do this, click on the job that interests you in the open positions overview. Right underneath the job description, you can find the button “Apply for this job”. By clicking on the button, you will be forwarded to an application form in which you can enter your contact details and upload your CV. We are currently buidling a strong local team in Innsbruck and therefore value working together face-to-face, but also offer remote positions.

We really enjoy reading motivation letters and are curious why you would like to work at Innerspace and become a part of the team.

While speed in filling an open position is important for us, we surely take our time to find a good fit. The starting dates stated in the job descriptions serve as an orientation for the time when we need to have this position filled, but there is always some degree of flexibility.

After applying on our homepage you will get a confirmation of receipt straightaway. We do our best to come back to you quickly, but it could take up to three weeks to check everything carefully and decide whom to invite for an interview. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Please keep in mind that if you apply for multiple positions, it is difficult for us to get a clear picture of your interests, especially if the positions differ a lot.

Reimbursement of travel costs is possible if it is agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. If the journey is less than 100km in total, we will not take on any travel costs.

Your application will be processed and stored in compliance with data protection regulations. Both the recruiter and the relevant team lead examine and review the documents so that we can find a good fit. Upon completion of the application process, we will delete your documents unless you agree to be included in our applicant pool. Otherwise, your application documents will be stored in our candidate database for six months and will not be shown to third parties. We aim to be an internationally oriented company. Therefore, our company language is English, which is why we communicate and document in this language. Your English skills should be at least at level B2.
